The delivery service will be 24/48 hours depending on the carrier's delivery conditions, the delivery area and the weather conditions.
The carrier must make two delivery attempts before putting the package in storage. If the failed delivery is not attributable to the carrier, the cost of storage is borne by the recipient.
Shipping is FREE in Italy starting from 120.00€ of value of goods ordered and in the islands/Calabria starting from 140.00€.

Payment by CASH ON DELIVERY will have a fixed cost of 5.00€ regardless of the amount of the order.
Package insurance must be requested by the customer and will have a fixed cost of 5.00€.
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must verify that the package is intact; if it is not, he/she must "withdraw with reserve" and notify us within 24 working hours, providing a copy of the delivery receipt. with written that the package is collected with reservation of control, to then be able to open a dispute with the carrier.
