1. Order processing times

Orders will be processed within two business days of receipt. Once the purchase is completed and the order confirmation email is received, the orders will be dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen product, but never earlier than 2 (two) business days. Dispatch may experience delays during holidays. Orders will be dispatched and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLI is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, provided that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) days from the day following the day on which the Customer placed the order with MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLI.

The delivery day will depend on the destination location and the availability of the ordered merchandise. Deliveries are not made on holidays and pre-holidays.

2. Delivery methods

Product deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process through the carrier throughout Italy, except for Campione D'Italia and Livigno. The carrier assumes full responsibility for transportation, from pickup at the supplier to delivery to the specified address. MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLIdoes not assume any responsibility for any damages or irregular behavior by the carrier.

You can choose the most convenient shipping address: your residence, office, or another person's address. The presence of the Customer or their representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order for merchandise delivery.

No responsibility can be attributed to MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLI in case of delays in order processing or delivery of the ordered items.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including sealing materials;
- that the number of packages matches what is indicated in the transport document.

Any damage to the product or packaging or discrepancies in the indications must be immediately reported to the courier by writing "RESERVE OF CONTROL CONTENT" on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot contest any external characteristics of the delivered items.

In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material held in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order, the order will be canceled.

If any product presented on the portal is no longer available or for sale at the time of conclusion of the purchase, MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLIwill communicate the inconvenience within 15 (fifteen) days from the day following the transmission. In case the Customer has already paid for the order, MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLIwill provide a full refund as soon as possible, and in any case, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase order. For security reasons, deliveries to post office boxes will not be made, and the order will not be processed.

3. Payment methods

For each order placed, MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLI issues a sales document for the shipped material. For invoicing purposes, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is valid. The Customer can request a copy of the invoice or fiscal receipt within three months from its issuance.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are indicated during the order process unless clearly stated otherwise in the sales offer.

All prices on the website are considered retail prices and, therefore, include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
On certain products subject to price promotions, the seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to communication and acceptance by the customer; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

In the case of purchasing merchandise using the "credit card" payment method, the bank will only authorize the amount relating to the purchase at the time of the online transaction.

Upon request, an invoice for the shipped goods can be issued to the order holder, in accordance with D.P.R. 445/2000 and D.L. 52/2004. For invoicing purposes, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.

The shipment of the goods will only take place after the order is accepted and payment is received.
In the event of an order cancellation, either by the Customer (for the reasons indicated in the following point 4B) or in the event of non-acceptance by the seller for reasons not attributable to their will, the order will be canceled, and the amount committed will be released (the timing of release depends solely on the banking system). After canceling the transaction, the seller cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.

MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLI reserves the right to request additional documents from the Customer to prove the ownership of the credit card. Failure to send the requested documentation allows MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLI to reject the order. Transaction security is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and secure, certified connections.

4. Withdrawal & legal guarantee

A. Legal guarantee

The purchased products are always accompanied by a legal guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
The legal guarantee cannot be invoked by those who purchased the products within the scope of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.
The legal guarantee entitles the Customer to request from MISTER KIT SAS DI G. GIANELLI the replacement of the product, free of charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively burdensome, taking into account: the extent of the defect, the value of the product without defects, and the possibility of implementing the alternative without causing significant inconvenience to the Customer;
in case repair or replacement is impossible, excessively burdensome, or late or if it fails to resolve the problem effectively, the Customer has the right to request a price reduction. In determining the amount of the reduction, the use of the product must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which the replacement of the product was not possible, the contract cannot be terminated.
The seller will replace the product within a maximum of 30 days from delivery.
To enforce the guarantee, the Customer must, by law:
- keep and show the purchase receipt;
- report the defect within seven days of its discovery;
